Habe einen Ansaugschrochel für meinen Ducato bei der Firma gekauft. Bräuchte jetzt den Support für das Gutachten dass die Firma verspricht habe mehrere male angerufen email geschrieben auf dem Telefon beantwortet draufgesprochen doch die Firma meldet sich nicht zurück. Einfach grottenschlecht.

Bestellt habe ich eine LiFePo4-Starterbatterie von CS-Batteries und einen Zyklonfilter von Donaldson. Zuvor hatte ich einige Fragen zu den Produkten, die mir prompt und vollumfänglich beantwortet wurden. Das gefiel mir sehr gut und ich bestellte dann auch zeitnah. Die Starterbatterie und der Zyklonfilter wurden auch sehr schnell versendet. Darüber wurde ich auch sofort-seitens des Shop-Betreibers- informiert. Die Batterie kam sehr schnell an, aber mit dem Zyklonfilter lässt sich DHL mal wieder viel Zeit. Dafür kann aber nun offroadmanni nichts. Deswegen volle Punktzahl. der Shop ist eine Empfehlung wert und ich werde, bei Bedarf dort wieder bestellen. Beste Grüße

Perfekt...besser kann man es nicht beschreiben. Endlich einen Händler gefunden welcher so etwas von flexibel und kundenfreundlich ist, weiter so!! Frage gehabt, angerufen sofort nette ultra kompetente Beratung bekommen...haben sich Zeit genommen alle Fragen auszuräumen um zu überzeugen...nicht um zu verkaufen um aller Welt
